Lateness Strategy 2020
Punctuality is vital to getting
a good start to the day and being successful.
If you are late 2x in the week
without a plausible reason and your Parent/Carer has not contacted the school,
then you will receive a 10 mins detention at the start of lunch in PSE 2. in School.
If you do not turn up, then it
will be carried forward to the next lunch for 15 mins. If you fail to attend
this your guidance teacher will make contact with home and follow up.

S1 Pupils - Outward Bound News
Reminder for S1 Pupils going on the Outward Bound trip in August,
your second payment (£30 this time) needs to be paid by Friday this week.
Please pay using parent pay or hand money into the school office as soon as you
can. If you think this will be a problem in any way then please contact the

A reminder that a payment of £100 is due on Friday 28th

Purple
Friday
Friday 28th February is Purple Friday, a day to show our support for LGBT equality and stand against homophobia, biphobia and transphobia. You can show your support by wearing something purple on the day, i.e. hair band, socks, belt, etc. or by purchasing a badge (suggested donation is 20p). This year, there will be a stall in the dining hall before registration and at break for anyone who would like a temporary LGBT tattoo, a stick-on purple rhinestone (or a few) or to have their nails painted. Lastly, the LGBT group would like to invite you to join our group photo and have a mini celebration in science 5 at 12:15.

official meeting being held on Tuesdays. New and returning members are welcome.
Bring your lunch. Our focus over the next few weeks will be look at the

Come along or speak to one of the music staff if interested.
Music Awards will continue this term for anyone who is attending
their instrument lessons and going “over and above” in class. Keep working hard
and you could be rewarded each month.
